Recent Reads (4)

My birthday was in April and to celebrate, I spent my birthday weekend binge reading gay romance. It was awesome. I'm not going to put all of them here, but I really enjoyed myself.

Prince of Shadows by Rachel Caine- A Romeo and Juliet retelling. It was beautifully written and I fell in love with almost everyone. Benvolio was a fabulous narrator. Anything having to do with Mercutio broke my heart.

Love and Other Foreign Words by Erin McCahan- A highly intelligent girl, who fakes the language of teenagers to fit in, trying to figure out what love is.

The Magpie Lord and A Case of Possession by K.J. Charles- I love Stephen and Lucien. They are sweet and tender, but they could also take over the world. Or destroy it. And they are passionate, and sometimes violent. And the books are just magical.

A Boy and His Dragon by R. Cooper- Dragon shifter! The book was a bit odd at the beginning, but once you get into it, it's wonderful. Bertie and Arthur are so sweet together.

Normal Enough by Marie Sexton- One boy with a car kink and one boy who finds that appealing. And some seriously hot car sex. *fans self*
